DANDERS & MORE merge with Danish M&A boutique

DANDERS & MORE merge with Danish transactional boutique law firm NSR Advokatfirma in a move designed to strengthen the firm in both its local and international markets. NSR, an active player on the Danish M&A market, will take the name DANDERS & MORE as of 1 October 2010 when they move to the current premises of DANDERS & MORE.

Corporate partners Philip Nyholm and Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen will be joining DANDERS & MORE as partners.

NSR partner, Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen, says that DANDERS & MORE has developed an international brand and that the merger presents considerable opportunities for growth. ”It’s a natural move for us.
